Mispell or Misspell? is an enjoyable learning tool which will increase ones ability to spell correctly. It will prevent constant referral to a dictionary or use of a spell checker - providing they are available. This app is easy to play. Its persistent play will act as a re-enforcement on the learning curve. Four choices of play are offered depending upon time constraints: 10, 20, 30, and 40 choices of two words close in spelling. This selection process randomly draws from a 1000 word pool of the most commonly misspelled words encountered in everyday life. In the 10 word selection, the player will choose between two words of similar spelling 10 different times. Correct and incorrect words will be immediately identified by the colors red and green. This is how simple this game is played. The 20 choices offers 20 comparisons, the 30 choices offers 30 comparisons, and the 40 choices offers 40 comparisons. A Reference section is also available which alphabetically lists all the correct spellings of the words in the pool. The player can bypass the game when faced with a questionable spelling and instantly obtain the correct spelling from the Reference section .
